Our cattle are grass-fed, grain-finished, and raised without hormones right here on our North Dakota ranch, producing rich, flavorful beef you can count on for quality and consistency.

🔪 Processing & Aging:
All beef is handled through a USDA-inspected local processor and dry-aged for approximately 21 days to enhance tenderness and taste.
