The ½ Beef Package offers the perfect balance of value, variety, and convenience for families who love having ranch-raised beef ready for every meal. From juicy steaks and tender roasts to ribs and ground beef, this option provides enough to fill your freezer and fuel your table all year long. A ½ beef needs about 8–10 cubic feet of freezer space. A medium chest freezer or large upright model works well for this size.

💲 Pricing:
$8.50/lb hanging weight — includes all processing, cutting, wrapping, and labeling.
A $400 deposit secures your beef, with the remaining balance due once your order is processed and ready.

Raised on our North Dakota ranch, our Angus cattle are grass-fed, grain-finished, and hormone-free for unbeatable flavor and quality. We take pride in clean feeding practices and humane care, ensuring premium beef you can feel good about serving your family.

🔪 Processing & Aging:
Each side of beef is processed through a USDA-inspected local facility and dry-aged for approximately 21 days for exceptional tenderness and depth of flavor.

• Packaged Take-Home Weight: ~180–200 lbs
