Secure your share of premium, ranch-raised Angus beef straight from our pastures to your plate. The ¼ Beef Package is perfect for smaller families or first-time bulk buyers who want to enjoy wholesome, flavorful beef all year long — without grocery-store mystery or markup. A ¼ beef typically requires 4–5 cubic feet of freezer space — perfect for an upright or chest freezer.

💲 Pricing:
$8.50/lb hanging weight — includes processing, cutting, wrapping, and labeling. A $200 deposit reserves your share, with the remaining balance due once processing is complete.

Raised right here on our North Dakota ranch, our Angus cattle are grass-fed, grain-finished, and hormone-free, producing beef that’s rich, tender, and full of flavor. Each animal is fed a clean, mineral-balanced diet and cared for with integrity — because quality beef starts long before it reaches your freezer.

🔪 Processing & Aging:
All beef is processed locally through a USDA-inspected facility and dry-aged for approximately 21 days to bring out exceptional tenderness and depth of flavor.

Your quarter beef includes a balanced mix of steaks, roasts, ribs, and ground beef, all custom cut, wrapped, and labeled to your preference.

Approximate Yield:
